2027 Event Theme

The Lean in Public Sector 2027 conference is scheduled for 30 October 2027 at The HELIX, Dublin 9, Ireland. The theme for 2027 is “Operational Performance in the Public Sector”. Event delegates include senior leaders from Irish and International Government and Public Services.

Lean in the Public Sector (LIPS) is a global, independent, and voluntary not-for-profit association. Our members are united by a shared belief: that lean thinking, systems thinking, and their associated principles can empower government and third-sector organizations to deliver more effective, efficient, and sustainable services—at lower cost and with greater value to people around the world.

We are a community of practice and learning, driven by purpose and committed to transformation. Our work spans national, regional, and municipal levels, as well as supranational agencies and NGOs.
